At the Brave Hearts Program, we believe in honoring and supporting the heroes in our communities who dedicate their lives to serving others. Our program provides a thank you to those who have demonstrated extraordinary courage and selflessness in their professions. 

Who Are Brave Hearts? Brave Hearts are the backbone of our society—teachers who shape young minds, nurses who provide compassionate care, firefighters who risk their lives to keep us safe, police officers who uphold the law with integrity, EMTs and paramedics who rush to our side in times of medical need, and military members and veterans who have served our country with honor. These individuals embody bravery, resilience, and unwavering dedication to the greater good, for which we are deeply grateful.

How It Works Through the Brave Hearts Program, a portion of the proceeds from real estate transactions is allocated at closing to eligible Brave Hearts community members. This financial support can be used toward closing costs, helping to make the dream of homeownership more accessible for those who have given so much to our communities.

Giving Back If you’re not an eligible Brave Hearts community member, don’t worry 😊! The Brave Hearts Program will allocate funds to our “Charities We Love” initiative. These donations support nonprofit charitable organizations making a positive impact in our community, such as those focused on education, healthcare, public safety, veteran support, and other worthy causes.
